Gabriel Mejia
Founder & Principal
Gabriel is the Founder and CEO of Resolv, bringing expertise in renewable energy development and commercial solar solutions. Prior to founding Resolv, he served as VP of Sales at Solar One Energy, where he led feasibility analysis and sales leadership for commercial solar and energy storage projects. Gabriel attended NYU.
Dylan Wallace
Partner
Dylan Wallace is an owner and Chief Operating Officer of Solar One Energy, a commercial solar EPC founded in 2008 with extensive experience in commercial and industrial solar projects. At Resolv, Dylan's primary focus is EPC management and project feasibility—evaluating project viability upfront, setting scope and execution plans, and then leading delivery from mobilization through commissioning to ensure high-quality commercial solar outcomes.
Chris Catrini
Senior Advisor; Capital Markets
Seasoned capital markets professional with over three decades of experience in risk management, market-making, and institutional equity execution. Former Founding Principal of Vandham Securities Corp., then founded Genesis Capital advising companies and investors on capital strategy. Currently, Chris oversees liquidity and portfolio management at One Oak Capital and advises Resolv on long term growth initiatives.
Jane Xiong
Operations
Jane oversees operational execution, coordinating the full project lifecycle and documentation including systems design and project management. She holds a Bachelor's in Economics and Accounting from the University of Sydney and a Master of Management Studies from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Joel Atiencia
Origination
Joel brings over 15 years of experience in the solar industry, with a strong focus on residential solar and 10 years in commercial solar development. He has served in leadership roles including Director of Sales, building scalable strategies and expanding market presence. At Resolv, he drives strategic partnerships and sustainable growth.
