Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 18, 2026

Who We Are

Resolv Earth Corp ("Resolv," "we," "us") is a clean energy developer headquartered at One World Trade Center, Suite 8500, New York, NY 10007. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit resolv.earth (the "Site").

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, inquiry type, and message.
  • Job applications: first name, last name, email address, phone number, position of interest, LinkedIn profile URL, cover letter, and resume file.

We only collect this information when you voluntarily submit a form.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the Site. This may include pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location.
  • Marketing pixels: We use LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These technologies are governed by Google Consent Mode v2 (see "Cookies and Consent" below).
  • Anti-spam verification: Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions. Cloudflare may collect technical data (such as browser characteristics) to distinguish humans from bots. This is classified as a strictly necessary function and does not require consent.
  • Geo-location lookup: On your first visit, we perform a single request to ipapi.co to determine your country code. This is used solely to apply the correct privacy regime (see below). The result is cached in your browser for 24 hours. No personal data beyond your IP address is transmitted, and ipapi.co does not receive any identifying information from us.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate about potential projects.
  • To evaluate job applications.
  • To analyze site usage and improve our content and services.
  • To measure the reach of our marketing efforts.
  • To prevent spam and protect the security of the Site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and Consent

We use Google Consent Mode v2 to manage tracking across our Site. How consent works depends on your location:

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)

All non-essential cookies and tracking are disabled by default. When you first visit the Site, a consent banner asks for your explicit opt-in. Google Tag Manager and its associated tags (GA4, LinkedIn Insight Tag) will only fire after you grant consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the preference manager on this page (see Your Rights below).

United States (CCPA / State Privacy Laws)

Analytics and marketing technologies are enabled by default, consistent with an opt-out model. You may opt out at any time using the preference manager in Your California Privacy Rights below.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal (Sec-GPC: 1), we treat it as a universal opt-out: analytics and marketing cookies will remain disabled regardless of your detected location. This satisfies opt-out requirements under CCPA, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and similar US state privacy laws.

Cookie Categories

  • Essential: Required for the site to function (e.g., Cloudflare Turnstile for form security). These do not require consent.
  • Analytics: Help us understand how visitors interact with the Site (e.g., Google Analytics 4). Governed by Consent Mode.
  • Marketing: Used to measure advertising effectiveness and deliver relevant content (e.g., LinkedIn Insight Tag). Governed by Consent Mode.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Data Retention

Contact form submissions and job applications are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Objection: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes.
  • Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent for analytics or marketing at any time via the preference manager on this page.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Our use of analytics and marketing tools may constitute "sharing" under CCPA; you can opt out using the button below or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser.
  • Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

To opt out of analytics and marketing tracking:

For European Economic Area (EEA) Residents

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data based on consent (for analytics and marketing) and legitimate interest (for responding to your inquiries). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely to our backend systems. We take reasonable measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
